Saying Goodbye to the 2019-2020 Fellowship, Virtually
All the 2019-2020 Work First Fellows were working remotely as the COVID-19 pandemic began to sweep over the country. At first, we at Work First thought we would be back in the office in a few months – after all, we still had the annual Policy Trip to Washington DC to organize, not to mention the Research Symposium to celebrate the end of the fellowship! Of course, those few months turned into many more, and we found ourselves having to say goodbye to our 2019-2020 Fellows over computer screens.
Yes, Fellowship Recruitment is Still Going!
The Work First Recruitment Team understands that this is a time of much uncertainty and confusion, especially for those who are currently in the job search process or soon-to-be graduating. We want to ensure everyone that the Work First Fellowship recruitment process is still moving forward, and the 2020-2021 Work First Fellowship is fully anticipated to go on as planned.
Work First Fellowship Deadline is Extended
Recruitment Update and Meet Three (3!) Fellows
For those who have not yet submitted their application, we wanted to take this opportunity to clarify the application process and deadlines. Although the Priority Deadline was January 6, 2020, we will continue accepting and reviewing applications until March 16, 2020 or all positions are filled. What does that mean for prospective applicants?
